No "Default" server means confusing to add server details. Server settings greyed out. Need "Add Server" button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh install of XP SP3 (and full MS update state completed)
2. Download & install 3.20 transmission-remote-dotnet package
3. Execute program (click icon in start menu)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On install, previous versions added a "Default" profile for server and used 
to be able to just click to update server details.  Instead there is no 
default profile installed and the "Options > Remote Settings" is greyed out 
and cannot be selected to update. As this behaviour has changed with the 
new installer, I consider this a potential defect of the installer script.  
Right-clicking server window allows "Add Server" to resolve this problem, 
however this is not clear for end users (well...it took me a while to 
figure out!).

The feature request part of this is that I think it would be good to 
include an "Add Server" button to the "Server Settings" window to make it 
clearer for end-users.  Further, it would be good if the Auto-Connect and 
current profile option moved to this tab...perhaps showing an icon against 
the server list.

What version of the products are you using?
OS: XP sp3
Transmission: X.XX (build XXXX) 1.90
Remote: X.XX (rev XXX)3.20
