Enhancement: selecting destination folder when using Add torrent from URL

Provide a brief summary of the the feature you'd like to see implemented.

When adding a torrent from a torrent file using the "Add torrent with 
options" menu, it is possible to specify a remote destination folder that 
is different from Transmission default.

I would like to be able to do the same thing when adding a torrent from a 
URL i.e. without having to download the torrent first.

Provide any additional information which might be useful here.

I am currently using Transmission 1.91 with Transmission-remote 3.20 (build 
0) in case this has any importance.

It's not easy, because T is downloading the torrent file when addbyurl.

I thought over this, UriPromptWindow is using "download torrent from url and 
upload 
to T" method if T is too old. So this method can use if we want to set torrent 
starting properties.

Implemented in r541.
