Can not enter server settings #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate
2. Download and install transmission-remote-dotnet-3.20-installer.exe
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I go to input my server settings all input fields are greyede. So I 
can't input my server, user, or password.

right klick on the field
than "add server"
