Can't add a server on a clean install #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed transmission remote (3.20) on a fresh copy of windows
2. Tried to add a host to the settings, unable to
3. Click connect button...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to add a server, or at least have the connect button
ask me for a hostname... I didn't have a prior version installed, this is a
new computer. If you look at the screenshot, I have no hosts defined, and
I'm unable to select anything to add one.

What version of the products are you using?
OS: Windows 7 x64
Remote: 3.20
