Popup showing #242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch TR add a torrent file and wait till it download
2. Click on download confirmation to close
3. Wait a second

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No baloon popup after closing it but it still shows up. Only closing of TR
helps (popup not showing anymore)

What version of the products are you using?
OS: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
Transmission: 1.92 (build 10363)
Remote: 3.20 (rev 566)

Earlier build didn't have such bug.

P.S. If possible add revision to about window so it could be easilly found.
