Different refresh rate when docked/minimized

When minimized, I don't care about the rate of retrieving the data from the
remote transmission.  It could be 1 minute or 5 minutes, etc.  It'd be nice
if there was a way to specify two refresh rates, one for when its not
minimized/docked and one for when it is (I'd set mine to something like
15/300).

Provide any additional information which might be useful here.

If this is implemented, it might be nice to also have it do an update when
it's untrayed, as it may be in between refreshes and not have the current data.
