crash on saving local settings #251

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open local settings
2. press "Save" or "Save and connect" button

What is the expected output? 
saving  and closing

What do you see instead?
TR crash

What version of the products are you using?
OS: WinXP SP3
Transmission: 1.92
Remote: 3.20 (rev 579)

attached are crash log, and patch for fixing it.
