Option to control frequency of updates when minimised #253

Provide a brief summary of the the feature you'd like to see implemented.
I think a very useful option would be to specify on program minimise to
only update at a much less frequent interval (once a minute). Once the
application is the main focus it goes back to the default value. This
would reduce bandwith use while providing users with realtime statistics
when they need it.

Provide any additional information which might be useful here.
Default updates of 1 every 3 seconds, updates for a reasonable number of
torrents is 43MB a day in traffic (based on my own usage analysis). This
ends up becoming around 1GB a month.
