I want to control the transmission on my phone.

Only need base function. 
for example:
view status / view statistics / Task pause & start .

I still have windows mobile 6.5 too, but let's face it - it's a dying platform. 
Android is the future, imho, and it also has nice apps to control Transmission, 
see http://www.transdroid.org/, or if you want to stick with windows phone 7, 
see http://www.marketplacebrowser.com/229487/transmission-mobile
There's little point in investing time on something that has a really small 
user base...
