No ETA on downloading files?

seedings have ETA, but downloadings does not have ETA.

Well, it seems that some torrent won't show ETA,  but others will.

Use the nighty build with logrpc enabled. Search the eta info from rpc reply, 
maybe 
this is a T bug.

I've got the same problem with 3.22 and 3.23Beta after transmission upgrade to 
2.0. For 1.93 all ETAs shows correct.

I tested with 2.0, and i got ETA. Pls reopen, if this issue is still exists.
