Infinite notice of download completion #265

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just finish downloading any torrent (I've tried on three ones)

That notice disappears only when closing the program. Еven the
corresponding option in the settings does not work.

OS: win seven
Transmission: 1.93 (build 10621)
Remote: 3.22 (rev 0)

I have the same issue, one torrent finishes downloading with others already 
seeding
and the "finished downloading" balloon shows and then shows again every 2 
seconds or
so.  This did not happen in 3.21.

OS: Vista
Transmission: 1.93
Remote: 3.22
