Pass torrentID on the Plink/SSH commandline #267

This is related to issue #266. 

Because I expect there will continue to be codepage and Unicode problems with 
torrent names, you should also allow for passing the torrentID# on the 
commandline to Plink.  This could be called "$TORRENTID", similar to "$DATA" 
in the existing version (rev612).

Passing torrentID will always be more reliable; scripts written on the remote 
server can use this handle more effectively than the torrent name, especially 
as the torrent name is not guaranteed to be unique.
