Download location doesn't show the right location if use incomplete folder with Transmission #272

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enable incomplete folder in transmission
2.connect transmission-remote-dotnet to server
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should show the exact location if using incomplete folder, but currently 
only shows the download directory

What version of the products are you using?
OS:
Transmission: 1.93-1
Remote: 3.22.1

attach screenshots or sample code which demonstrates the issue being

TRD is using the same behavior as T: official gtk and QT clients show the 
download 
localtion, whether incompletedir is enabled or not.
