Colorize the Ratio-Display #277

It would be nice to colorize the Ratio.

In my thoughts there were three colors, green, yellow and red. The user have 
the posibility to set a "Limit" or a "minimum Seedrate". If the ratio is 10% 
greater or smaller than this value the Ratio should be shown in yellow. All 
values under the "Limit-10%" should be red and similar to this a value greater 
"Limit+10%" green.
