Wrong version number in "About" dialog. #279

I've downloaded and installed the latest 
'transmission-remote-dotnet-r637-installer.exe'. And in dialog box 'About' I 
can see version 'v3.20 (Build 0)'.

The current nighty is from branch 3.20. After we release a beta/stable, this 
will change to right number.
