Design bug in the server properties dialog

There is a little design bug in the server properties dialog when Russian 
translation used (see the attached image).

What version of the products are you using?
OS: Windows XP SP3 Prof
Transmission: 3.23 (build 0)
Remote: 1.93 (rev 10621)

Well, "Refresh Rate" in Russian is "Частота обновления", and 
"Retry Limit" is "Ограничение попыток" (or "Попыток 
подключения" as in original translation), so I think it will not fit 
anyway.

Maybe it worths to rearrange the controls on the dialog panel? For example, 
Host and Port in one line, and the rest controls one under other?

Hmm Use secure connection (use ssl) is a bit too close to the right edge of the 
window so after translating it to polish some part of the text is missing. 
Maybe put it more to the left or below refresh settings.
