It would be great if it is possible to implement: Default Setting\permanent 
amount of peers per torrent. By default it is 20, and "alternate peer limit is 
available when adding torrent" 

something like option inside "remote settings"

Right, the peer-limit-per-torrent settings is missing.

But I do not understand completely this "alternate peer limit is available when 
adding torrent". :(
