Submenus don't close via their own toggle button on large touch devices #217

Testing on an iPad, once the submenu has been revealed via arrow button, pressing on said arrow button again to close the submenu, will not close the submenu.

I understand, it's possible to press anywhere outside the open submenu to dismiss it, but why not the toggle button itself?

Is this the expected behavior?

Actually, on my tablet, I ran across an issue when pressing outside the open submenu in order to dismiss it. It would not close. Therefore, it obstructed content underneath the submenu.

Any screenshot and example of this? Are you using a click menu or a hover menu? Which version?
