Single documentation page for the wrapper #267

niimpy.preprocessing.location.ALL_FEATURE_FUNCTIONS is a dictionary where all items are empty dicts and keys are functions. I don't see a reason for this, it probably should be a list.

I see, this corresponds to the wrapper data format. I guess the wrapper needs a documentation page.
