Can't make anymore modifications to vehicles in paint booth..

Ever since we changed to mechanics only for vehicle modifications, the system tells us that we cannot afford the mod as shown in the picture below. One of my mechs is telling me that he had the same issue in a previous city and it was causing issues because once the money from the invoice system was used up, then we would not be able to afford mods since it would come out of the mechanic fund instead of our own pockets

Fixed this temporarily by having Covert invoice me 80k so that they could have some money in their business account to work with.
