We need a readme file for Huang1992.

and not only that. I was working on the ortho-profiles. They are a bit messy, so we I'll need more time to clean them up before handing them to you. For the moment, I'd like to know which language we wanted to include apart from Burmish. Wasn't there a borrowing source? If we do this once, we should do it all in one rush.

The language that is a source of loans is Jinghpaw (景颇语). Nishi1999 has a section (pp. 98-99) where he uses Huang1992 to try to identify Jinghpaw loans in the Burmish languages.
