We need a readme file for Sun1991. (This and Huang1992 will be needed for many aspects of the Calque ERC project).

The readme file will be created along with the ortho-profiles, which are following the ones by Huang1992, which are still messy and a bit problematic, also due to STEDT conventions, but this is not forgotten.
