treatment of language varieties #96

I just modified the README in Dai2010 (Lashi and Chashan) for the reason that Dai has dialect varieties (Pianma Chashan and Youxi Lashi), which means we should treat them as such. Distinguishing varieties of the same language will allow us to track differences among sources more properly. We can also add the geo-coordinates and thus make sure we fill the map more properly. Unless Lashi is only spoken in Youxi, and Chashan only in Pianma, I'd suggest to be really clear on the whereabouts, as these differences may also explain the obvious differences we find already when comparing Mann with Huang1992.

See also the Dai1985 Readme:

If the source lists three varieties of the same language, we cannot merge them together into one phylum.

Just reminded me: if we encounter these cases, we need to track geo-coordinates and list them (maybe first in readme, later in the big csv file, so we can plot them.
