Add Coblin2015 source on Proto-Gan and Common Chinese #4

Proto-Gan readings are available for characters in Coblin2015. This source also lists Norman's Common Chinese, a variety in which Mǐn dialects are excluded and Guǎngyùn readings are also disregarded. CC is supposed to explain major distinctions in Chinese dialects.

so far, appendix can be extracted (MCH and CC readings), about 800 out of about 1100. This is already a good start, as there are no other sources on CC.
