LingPy and LingRex for alignments #201

The alignment and correspondence patterns routines could be sent to LingPy and LingRex.

This could be done by providing a flag (or checking, if LingPy is available). If it is available, one could routinely pass data to the server, potentially storing data before in a tempfile, so upload to lingpy is possible.

The proof-of-concept already works. For lingpy and for alignments and lexstat cognates (only SCA, we don't really need more).
