Add support without bundle exec #6

Some of the major application still running without bundler for managing gems, specially with ruby version 1.8.x, i though it might be helpful to have support without bundler.

@jufemaiz , away for long time. i can do what is require from here.

I have customized gem as per the requirmenmts for my application. Perfectly running for 12+ Amazon Instances.
