Implement site-wide search #16

Currently you can search within the Publications directory, but not throughout the site. I'm working to implement a site-wide content search by building a static search.json file each time the site is rebuilt.

This file will act as the site's index for a client-side search feature.

This will be added eventually but it's more of a version 1.5 feature at this point...
