ZMQ output compatibility with EasyDAB v2 transmitter

We are currently using digris-edi2edi and attempting to use its ZMQ output with an EasyDAB v2 transmitter. We have some questions and potential issues to report:

1. Is the ZMQ output of digris-edi2edi designed to be compatible with the EasyDAB v2 transmitter's ZMQ input?

2. If it is supposed to be compatible, we would like to report that we are experiencing issues getting it to work. Specifically:

   • The EasyDAB v2 transmitter does not seem to receive or process the data sent from digris-edi2edi via ZMQ.
   • We have confirmed that the ZMQ socket is properly set up and listening on digris-edi2edi's side.
   • The EDI/UDP output from digris-edi2edi works correctly with other equipment.

3. Could you please provide information on:

   • The exact format of the data being sent over the ZMQ output (e.g., EDI, ETI, or another format)?
   • Any specific ZMQ socket types or options that need to be set for compatibility with EasyDAB v2?
   • Any known issues or limitations when using the ZMQ output with EasyDAB v2 transmitters?

4. Are there any specific configuration steps or parameters we need to set in digris-edi2edi to ensure compatibility with EasyDAB v2?

We would greatly appreciate any guidance on this matter. If the ZMQ output is not meant to be compatible with EasyDAB v2, it would be helpful to know this as well, so we can explore alternative solutions.

Yes, the intention is to be compatible with easydabv2. All the other ODR tools should prefer EDI now.

On the easydab side, do you observe that it starts buffering? Or do you see absolutely no change at all?

Precisely the easydab buffer "fills up" but the audio does not start in the DAB receiver nor the metadata.
