sdfatlib support on sanguino #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I try to compile the ReadWriteSdFat sample sketch from sdfatlib.
When selecting Arduino Boards it compiles. 
When selecting Sanguino Boards it won't compile.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Sanguino. Arduino IDE 0022. Windows 7 64-bit.

try 0023r2. I have it running on a 1284p, no reason it shouldn't work on a 644p 
(assuming bootloader runs, see issue 22)
