A clear and concise description on how does it work now and what's the current behaviour.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
As a community contributor, I create a new issue via github in this repo
I can't update the labels/project as they are not public
Expected behaviour
This is intended to be controlled by the repo collaborators to keep labeling under control and also be able to validate issues before adding them to the project, however the checklist should be updated to not ask the contributor to update those details.

Checklist

[x] I have added a corresponding label (feature request/bug/etc) to the issue (right side menu)
[x] I have added this issue to the 'API Terraform Provider' GitHub project (right side menu)
