Hacktoberfest: Add a small app with code to play a sound when a button is clicked

This is the code to play a sound when the user clicks a button. There is no styling of the button and the code is clear and basic for anyone to adapt to their wishes. I am adding this app as part of my contributions to your project during the Hacktoberfest.
