Panic in blocker #378

use iNetTools on iPad to do the DNS resolve for a blocked domain name - panic!

If a domain is blocked, then for all requests except A/AAAA we reply with NXDOMAIN. For A/AAAA we may also reply with redirect if admin has it configured.
