The definition list parser (easylist) incorrectly parses the following lines. #399

Need to take a look at specs - what exactly mean the ^ and then URL path after that? Guess we need to ignore it?

Fixed, now only complete domain names are taken into account. If a record indicates a domain name with a path, such record is ignored.
