Add Test User Search button/wizard into Admin UI / Proxy / Member / AD Group #540

Sometimes we cannot understand why the user was not matched by the policy; we need to a Test User Search button/wizard as in WS to find out exact LDAP filters used to search for the user and why these did not match. This is very important for debugging.
