License renewal task writes the output into console #565

This output is lost when the task is run from task scheduler - we need to either put the task into bat file - OR somehow redirect the output of the task into a file

Added the bat file as license renewing task that would re-activate it and save the logs to c:\ProgramData\Diladele\WebProxy\2.5\var\log\activate_cloud_license.log
