why do we have CONNECT request with empty response? #754

This is possible if:

client sends us a CONNECT tunnel
we get that request, parse it and scan it
client closes the connection abruptly
we try to send 200 Connection Established message to the client
but client is not there any more - in this case we will write the empty/null response to the log.
