va version is not known #2144

it was determined in m:\diladele\websafety\appliance\va\va_issue.sh as --version passed to ldap.exe but this is now does not display any version. We need to get the version from the /opt/websafety/etc/version.json instead

using jq and getting version from /opt/websafety/etc/version.json now
