Amazon PAYG instance does not support IMDSv2 #2200

Please leave it as optional as is the default in AWS.

If IMDSv2 is enabled by the admin, the instance cannot renew the cloud license automatically. We will work on this in the next version of the application.

Implemented IMDSv2 support as explained at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/instance-metadata-v2-how-it-works.html, need to test.
