Blocking accounts #1641

Hello!

Instagram has been aggressively blocking accounts since August 1 (even for parsing, not spam). Regardless of proxy (v4, v6, mobile). Who solves this problem how? Buy tons of accounts? I even cleaned out those accounts that had been working for more than a year.

We're getting 403 errors when trying to send messages even after we successfully sent some messages

Are you using this repo or something else. Maybe be try update app version or check my forked repo

I was accessing the private API using my own Ruby code, and after 3 years of https://instapipe.net working flawlessly, they keep blocking my account.

For my use-case I've migrated to using the official Instagram Business API, which seems to work okay for my use-case, but not great.

Seems to be a proxy issue for logging in / connecting accounts. When I use different proxies it works for awhile before all proxies get blocked. What's weird is that it is only affecting the login. I am still able to post using same proxies with no issues.

Login is blocked from some IP's. Even though it is residential.

Whats weird is I can use the same IP/proxy and login to Instagram manually without being blocked.

In the past if it was issue with proxy, manual login would not work either.

Sometimes it works. Maybe switching to web -to- android , vice-versa helps.

Avoid poor quality proxies. Instagram is now very sensitive with datacenter IP Adresses.
