Equipment not appearing on respawn #12

This only happens when a real death event occurs (explosion, pvp, etc) and not an artificial death event (voiding). Likely something about death handling changed with 1.16 and it means that players will have no armor or items to be reset since they would be deleted before our plugin can get ahold of them.

I've attempted to try and work with getDrops on the death event to find a solution, but with not much luck. Will continue experimenting.

This was because keepinventory wasn't on. It is now turned on automatically by the plugin.
