jquery.flot.navigate.js only zooms in on plot #719

My current related js files are:
python32.pythonanywhere.com/static/jquery.flot.min.js
python32.pythonanywhere.com/static/jquery.flot.navigate.js
python32.pythonanywhere.com/static/jquery.event.drag-2.2.js
python32.pythonanywhere.com/static/jquery.event.drag.live-2.2.js

All these files are the latest versions, downloaded from the trunk or 
threedubmedia's website.  I currently have an issue where scrolling in either 
direction with the mousewheel results in zooming in.

If anyone wishes to check out this phenomena, he/she can go to 
python32.pythonanywhere.com, and check out several of the subpages (all use the 
same flot code, and will all zoom in only.)
