The tests for the new typed vectors package have been checked into head, not 
into the typedvectors branch.

This is clearly my fault, I have failed to understand what Eclipse / SVN are 
doing when I asked for the branch to be made.

The result is that anyone who tries to compile the unit tests will see that 
this is badly broken.

I'm going to try to "fix" be getting the necessary development done to merge 
the branch back in. But this could take a while. If this is a problem let me 
know.
