Finalize agreement with the Swedish Museum of Architecture

Prepare a project plan and confirm with the Swedish Museum of Architecture.

• Make sure that the dates and opening hours are mentioned.
• Make a paragraph about documentation, Monica mentioned at our meeting before the summer that they will ask their photographer to pass by to take pictures.

The project plan is sent to Monica (22 August), and she will get back to us soon (she has some big deadline now). as i didn't see this post before i sent it i think there is no mentioning of documentation, just that there will be a marketing plan set up. Maybe we can also treat documentation there. Further, I have translated the project plan into English and will distribute it to you guys in some appropriate form.

Johan and Anders will meet with Monica and Magnus Ericson from the museum, who might become our new contact person. At that meeting we'll follow up the proposed project plan.

The contract is prepared and all we need to do is to discuss a marketing plan with the marking person at the museum.
