In this issue we can collect thoughts that drop in through for example talks with users and spontaneous visitors. Sometimes small ideas mentioned in a talk can be valuable! I'm thinking especially when it comes to things that we could include in the report.

Senior visitor – "we need basic support for older people in regards of computers, software, webb etc. If something doesn't work there is no good way to get help or support" = IMPORTANT!

social democrat in the (östermalm) stadsdelsnämnd: "write a citizen proposal (medborgarförslag/yrkande) to the stadsdelsnämnd and you will be invited to present your proposal on a public hearing. make sure to not address any specific political party but stick to the idea. this can be quite efficient because PO is a very good idea"
