Create Python module to deploy generated ML model on the fly.

Create step to upload model to Google Cloud Storage
Create model version with Google REST API
Deploy version via Google REST API

Model will then be ready to used and versioned

Tested generating models online, would have to create an OAuth validated session each time if we were to make an automated way to do this, too much time. If someone has a quick contribution this would be a good first issue,
