UI - Schedule Setup Modal #78

The schedule setup modal / view should be set up to conform to the Figma design This should also include the microwave modal, the meal setup modal, and manual schedule modal (section? not sure). This should take in an user key, be able to post a schedule settings call, and load schedule settings when clicked on.

This could be a big chunk of effort

This is definitely going to require some database reform to make sure we're accurately mapping and can recreate user input. Please tinker with the schedule setup calls as well. The UI is going to take a little bit of work but shouldn't be too bad
