Missing restriction on INDEX in UG #9

Based on the description of INDEX found in most features image.png Would it be better to inform the user reading the UG that INDEX must be less than or equals to the number of students in the application?

We already specified that INDEX referred to the index shown in the displayed list. Thus, it would already imply the range that is available for input.
