[BUG] paginate 无法调整首页文章数 #749

Describe the bug 描述你遇到的错误

paginate 无法调整首页文章数，当前不管paginate参数设置多少，首页都是6片文章

Expected behavior 期待的行为

paginate 调整首页文章数，分页依据配置计算页码

Build Environment 构建环境

hugo v0.104.0+extended darwin/arm64 theme: master
