Terms or vocabularies involved (list vocabulary names and namespaces as
well as the particular terms):
Vocabulary - Darwin Core
Namespace - http://purl.org/dc/terms/ (dcterms:)
Term - rightsHolder

Link to documentation about the problematic issue:
http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/index.htm#dcterms:rightsHolder for DwC definition
http://dublincore.org/documents/dcmi-terms/#terms-rightsHolder for Dublin Core
definition

Brief summary of the problem:
This term is incorporated into Darwin Core from Dublin Core. Dublin Core
defines the range to be dcterms:agent (i.e. a non-literal value) while the
Darwin Core example shows a text literal in its example.
