Create an inventory of classes and properties currently in use by the TDWG 
community.

An initial survey of vocabularies and classes has been assembled at:

*Specific considerations to be addressed in documentation:*

Should include TDWG vocabularies, general vocabularies (DC, FOAF, SKOS), and 
vocabularies developed by non-TDWG groups which have interests that overlap 
with TDWG.
